For many years I have had insurance with them for my cars and house paying full coverage, and now that my car was hit and declared a total loss, they pay what they want and not the exact value of the car and if that were not enough, a lot of procedures and paperwork to pay what they want, even going to a notary to sign a power of attorney. They are ridiculous and abusive at the same time.😡😡"
